As a stabilised product Profhilo lasts in the skin for around 28 days, during which time the stimulation of 4 different types of collagen and elastin takes place by a slow release of HA.
It is very uncommon to have any side effects on Profhilo. It is very safe. HA occurs naturally in the body so there is minimal risk of an allergic reaction. The technique used for injecting Profhilo reduces the risk of any bruising therefore the is minimal downtime.
The recommended protocol is 2 sessions 1 month apart.
